Nicaraguan law provides inter alia that the National Commission of Free Zones is designed to regulate the operation and development of the regime of free zones in the country, promote the establishment of new enterprises and the growth of existing and issue permits use of the system.
Legal Basis of Recovery
In Order No. 50-2005, Rules of Order of export processing zones. Chapter II, "The National Commission of Free Zones" under the Article. 9 The National Commission of Free Zones is empowered to establish the amount in respect of services, guarantees, issuing permits and use the system, companies will pay operators and users.
Recovery Objectives
* The National Commission of Free Zones has the objectives of this recovery, the following:
* Ensure the operation and administration of the scheme through the National Commission of Free Zones.
* Strengthen the institutional framework of the National Commission of Free Zones.
* The National Commission of Free Zones financed with these resources workshops, seminars, trainings for employees of companies within the free zone regime.
* The National Commission of Free Zones will finance some activities with these resources in the social benefit of businesses and employees within the free zone regime.
* The National Commission of Free Zones may even, in some cases, assist in minor infrastructure works to the operators of private industrial parks.
